AdWords offers free tools that help you build cost-effective, efficient advertising campaigns, you only pay when someone clicks on your ad.

Link your AdWords account to your existing Analytics account to measure your ads’ performance and understand how to improve your campaigns. Analytics extra cost: $zero$, as far as I can tell.
Analytics lets you track the ROI, revenue per click, and profit margin of your campaigns so that you can optimize more effectively.
Then there’s Google Analytics University which looks good and is free. It’s like a tutorial, I’ll probably do it this summer.

They have it set up so you need to request a proposal, but they have links to do just that spread thickly on their page, so at least they have a good example of a sales website.
They will give a free report on how well your website shows up and even have a free chat room with interesting subjects. Google Adwords and Analytics still seems better.

I can’t figure out how I got this as a result on SEO, but it seems like a helpful sales social network and I played around in it. I’m getting weekly new via my email from Sales Spider.

Comes down to Google, I think, but I plan to keep looking at my options. I hadn’t thought this deeply on the subject before.
